Cat for Adoption
I am a young petite 5-month old male brown/gray tabby kitten (with black dots on my coat) and big green eyes that was lost (likely abandoned - since no one was looking for me and responded to any of the found reports and ads placed by my rescuers). I was lost and freezing outside, and kept running and miaowing - trying to find someone to help me.
One day, I met some cats who were outside with a lady. I was so happy to see them that I purred and rubbed all over the other cats, but I was too shy to go see the lady they were with. I was still pretty stressed about being lost, so I ran off. I cried all that night and all the next morning. My rescuers heard me but could not find me. Two days later, I came back to that lady's house, and this time when she opened the door, I ran inside. I was so grateful to be inside because it was awful outside - I had never been so cold and hungry. When I saw the same cats again that I had seen outside, I was so happy that I purred and miaowed and sniffed and licked all of them. I was taken to a foster home, and by then I was so tired and happy to be inside, that I snuggled up with my new human friends and slept for the next couple of days.
I love to play and move around so quickly, that my fosters can only get pictures of me when I am sleeping! I am extremely cuddly and affectionate. I have been neutered and received my vaccines.

Dexter came into our lives when our hearts were broken to pieces. We had recently lost 2 of our cats to diabetes and renal disease. We had one kitty left, Corson, who was very lonely, as were we. We then took in a kitten to add to our family. Unfortunately he had a reaction during his neutering and we lost him.
We fell in love with Dexter as soon as we met him. He is such a sweet and friendly little guy. He has settled right into our lives and him and Corson have become buddies!! Dexter loves to sleep in bed with us and he loves to watch the birds and squirrels from the window. He is such a beautiful kitty both inside and out! We strongly believe that everything happens for a reason and Dexter has come into our lives when we needed him the most!! Thank you Valerie for bringing him to us!!
