The cats in this section are our success stories. They are happily adopted by some very kind people.

S C H O O L P O R T A B L E R E S C U E	Twilight	TWILIGHT, MIDNIGHT & TWINKLES won the lottery! From starting out life homeless living in a mouldy hole under a School Portable and losing parts of their ears to frostbite in the brutally cold winter 2014/2015, these bonded three have been adopted together by their foster and caregiver! They now have a wonderful permanent with resident cats to play with as well! Congratulations to the kitties and a huge thanks to their adopter for ensuring that they will have a wonderful safe, healthy and loving future. May 2015

	Miaow	Despite having a very difficult life being homeless outside for many years and then losing his best friend SAMMIE shortly after finally coming inside, hopefully MIAO's luck has changed now that he has a permanent home. He was adopted by a special loving home in honour of SOCKS & SAMMIE. Thank you to his adopter for providing a loving and safe future for MIAO - with some feline playmates to keep him company and cheer him up! April 2015

	Algonquin	The sweet old ALGONQUIN had a stroke of good luck when his adopter came to meet him and they hit it off right off the bat! Thank you to his fosters and adopter for giving this sweet cat a chance at finally knowing some peace and stability. This sweet old boy was a formerly owned cat who had a very difficult time out on the streets! March 2015

	Beba & Tonka	BEBA & TONKA's life improved significantly after they met their rescuer and foster who saved them from terrible health and from being locked in a closet! Their life got even better after they met their adopter! From starting off life in a breeder's "puppy mill", they were adopted into a wonderful caring and nurturing home together in New York in what was the Rescue's first international adoption! A huge thanks to their caring and wonderful adopter for giving them such a great home, and to the Hudson Valley Animal Rescue and Sanctuary for helping out with logistics. February 2015

	Claudio	What an amazing Valentine's Day present for these three siblings! After being bounced around to various foster homes for almost two years, these three bonded siblings finally won the cat lottery and were adopted into a wonderful loving nurturing home together! Thank you to their understanding adopters for giving them the stability they so desperately needed! Valentines Day, 2015

	Tobi	The adorable, sweet red-head TOBI was adopted for a second time, hopefully into a permanent home this time! :) He did not do well in his first home with young children, so now he is in a home with no young children. Thank you to his adopter for providing him with the quiet permanent home he needed, along with a canine companion during the day when everyone is at work! February 2015

G R O U P O F 4 0	Smoke	SMOKE decided that this foster family was the one he wanted to stay with! He had been in a few foster homes and had even been adopted and returned, but he quickly became bonded to his foster family and their resident cats, and decided that wasn't moving again! After a mishap with a malfunctioning door that had SMOKE stuck outside, his fosters knew that he would be staying permanently when he cried pitifully to come back inside. Their own cat who had also gotten out for the first time, wouldn't come in until SMOKE was back in safely, while the other resident cat inside cried until both were safe! SMOKE was too bonded and entrenched in their lives to ever leave again! :) January 2015


G R O U P O F 4 0	Ava	Finally AVA got her wish! And not only did she finally get a permanent "retirement" home, but her boyfriend PICASSO also came with her! This gorgeous older couple from the "Group of 40" had an extremely tough life outside, and were father and mother to many many litters. They became an item in their foster home, and their wonderful adopter decided to adopt PICASSO as well, to keep the bonded pair together. :) They were very lucky to have such a kind adopter and fosters who looked after them so well! 	Da Vinci	This poor little kitten had a difficult life both outside and inside. He almost lost his eyesight in one eye, and then lost his mother last summer. He was moved around from foster home to foster home, and became very bonded to Claudio along the way. However, when they had to move yet again, the new emergency intake foster could not take all 4 kitties, so a depressed DA VINCI was sent to a foster room on his own. Finally, his luck changed and he now has the perfect home for him! He has all the love he wants from his caregivers, and lots of kitties to bond with, including a new brother a surrogate mother! A huge thank you to all his fosters along the way, and especially to his adopters for giving him a stable life in a permanent home. December 2014

	Synchronicity	Do you believe in fate? This sweet gentle soul was saved minutes from being euthanized at the SPCA through a series of synchronistic events, where he was only in foster care for a couple of months before being adopted. He is already well loved in his permanent home where he also has a new feline brother to hang out with. Thank you to his fosters and his adopter for giving him a chance at a new life. December 2014

	Piper	From starving outside and shivering out in the cold with an open wound and no fur on her back, to being brought inside for lots of vet care and having to wear a cone, to being adopted and returned only one week later, PIPER's luck finally changed and this time she hit the jackpot! She was adopted by the best home possible - the one who rescued her, cared for her, nursed her back to health, fostered her and after she was returned, couldn't bear the thought of being separated from her ever again! :) December 2014

	Jazz	This gorgeous affectionate snuggly boy was adopted by a family where he will have another cat to play with and children to grow up with. Congratulations to his new family and being blessed with this sweet cuddly soul, and a big thank you to his foster who rescued him out of a bad situation and nursed him back to good health! November 2014

	Trailer Kitten	After being found as a newborn kitten in a trailer beside his dead mother and dead sibling, BB (aka TRAILER KITTEN's) life took a more hopeful turn. A huge thank you to his surrogate mother Spazz who saved his life and nursed him for 9 weeks. Unfortunately, he had to leave her earlier than planned because she was moving. However, thanks to his adopters, he now has a permanent home to grow up in, along with a new feline sister the same age, to play with! Thanks to all his rescuers and fosters for saving his precious little life! November 2014

	Frankie	After saving HOPE & CHANCE's lives as their surrogate mother, poor FRANKIE found herself homeless and in need of a home. Thankfully she had a temporary foster willing to look after her, and has now been adopted to the perfect home for her! She seemed at home as soon as she arrived, and is already well loved by her new family! She will have a new canine friend to share the home with. Thank you to her adopter and foster! October 2014

L I S G A R S K I T T E N S	Lulu	It didn't take long for LISGAR's adorable kittens, sisters LULU & PAISLEY, to be adopted, thanks to their fosters' good work! They were reserved when they were just a few weeks old, and moved into their new home when they were fully weaned at 12 weeks. Congratulations to their adopters on adopting the sweetest little sisters! And a huge thank you to their fosters for all their good care of the kittens and their mother! :) October 2014

F A I R Y T A L E F A M I L Y	Jack & Jill	Finally - after more than a year of patiently waiting for someone to love them on a permanent basis - JACK & JILL have their own new fairy-tale chapter! After watching all their kittens be adopted and leave, a kind family has provided a loving permanent home for these siblings, where they also have a new canine friend! A huge thank you to all their wonderful fosters along the way, and to their adopters for giving them the perfect permanent family/home they deserve!!! :) October 2014

	Rafter Forrester	The handsome adorable Rafter Forrester - rescued by a rafting outfit in Forrester Falls - has a guardian angel looking out after him! Only a couple of months after coming in, he has already found a permanent home - where he will have a roommates' cat as a companion! Congratulations to Rafter Forrester and adopter, and thanks to his foster for helping him through the healing process! October 2014

S N O W W H I T E & T H E 5 D W A R F S	Sweetie	SWEETIE was first rescued by the vet, lived in the clinic with her family, and was adopted out from there. However, after she was no longer wanted and returned to the clinic (after being moved to Toronto and being de-clawed),her luck changed for the better. In her new foster home, many people wanted to adopt her, including her foster, who decided that she was too bonded with this sweet beautiful girl to ever let her go! Thank you foster/ adopter - for caring so much about Sweetie and never wanting her to have to be moved again! September 2014

	Mercedes & Ferrari	Being the only two left of their family rescued from a tire pit / garbage dump, the future is much brighter for this bonded brother and sister! A big thank you to their rescuers & fosters, and to their adopters for providing them a loving forever home - where they will remain together forever! :) September 2014

	Mocha	The 15. 5 year old beauty MOCHA was adopted to her new forever home, where she will be well looked after for the rest of her life. Her only new challenge will be to live with other rescue kitties, as she is used to being the only cat in the home! Her adoption happened 24 hours before she and her family were about to be evicted! A huge thank you to her adopter for saving everyone, as well as the Spay Neuter Kingston Initiative who helped out. August 2014

G R O U P O F 4 0	Paloma	Sweet PALOMA finally has a home! She chose the resident cat and her foster to become her family right away. After working a few things out and being there for over a year, she is now permanently part of the family! Thank you foster / adopter! :) She adores the resident cat so much, it would have broken her heart to be separated from him! August 2014

T H R E E M U S K E T E E R O R P H A N K I T T E N S	Porthos, Aramis & Athos	With a rough start in life from being born outside and orphaned at 5 weeks old when their mother was hit by a car and killed, these three little Musketeers won the adoption lottery! They were adopted by a kind family who took all three in together. They will be well looked after in their forever home with surrogate human parents for life. Thank you adopters!!! July 2014

F L O W E R G A R D E N F A M I L Y	Fern	Brothers CLOVER & FERN worked their way into their fosters hearts so much so that they are now officially adopted as part of the family! :) A huge thank you to their amazing fosters and now permanent family! :) July 2014

	Peaches	PEACHES has a loving home only about a month after coming inside! Thanks to all the efforts of her rescuer / foster, and her new family for making her part of it! This lucky girl also now has a new feline brother to play with! July 2014

	Magic	It isn't often that a Rescue cat has two families wanting to adopt him! But that's what happened to magical MAGIC. His rescuers fell in love with him and were in the process of adopting him, when his original family was located. MAGIC was then re-adopted by his original family. MAGIC is a lucky boy to be so well-loved and adopted twice! :) July 2014

	Ginger Rogers	Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers have been adopted by their wonderful fosters - the only home they have ever known. Both fosters and kitties are very bonded to one another, and when the kitties still didn't have a permanent home before the fosters had to move out of town, they were so concerned about their well-being that they decided to adopt them, pack them up and move them as well! June 2014
	Fred Astaire

	Dazzle	This sweet affectionate big kitten did not take long to charm his new family, including resident cat SMUDGE. They play and get along together like two long-lost friends! Thank you to his adopters for giving this poor cat a chance at experiencing a real stable permanent home! June 2014

	Corinna	Lucky Corinna! She was rescued quite quickly, then taken in by our Rescue quickly, and then adopted immediately! And her wonderful new home will be fostering her soon-to-arrive new little kittens! What a great chapter in her life now, compared to when she had been thrown out with the trash when her previous family moved! Thank you to her adopters! June 2014

	Skipper	Skipper's fosters, who were involved in his rescue, named him while he was still outside, and patiently awaited his arrival for the months that it took to get him inside, have officially adopted their "baby"! Both Skipper and his fosters are very bonded to one another - right from the very beginning. Skipper is especially bonded to his mother and follows her everywhere - they could never be parted from one another now! :) May 2014

	Skola/Jakey	School Rescue Kitten #3 ("JAKEY") finally has a permanent home! Jakey was too bonded to his fosters and vice versa (as well as to the resident cats) to be separated from them, so he was adopted! This lucky boy gets to stay in the only home he has ever known - where he is well loved. Thank you to his amazing fosters / adopters. :) May 2014

	Beautiful	After losing her eye in an injury outside and then almost being euthanized for inappropriate urination due to being unspayed, this poor girl now has a permanent home with her fosters who nursed her back to health after a second eye operation was required. She adores & follows her foster mom everywhere, and has a feline brother to play with - once he accepts her into his home! :) April 2014

	Angel	ANGEL has come a long way, from coming inside with bleeding, missing ears, unable to walk and hold up her tail, and so weak from starvation and exhaustion on one of the coldest winter days..... Thanks to her rescuer who brought her inside on that cold night, and to her fosters who nursed this sweet girl back to health, she has a bright future ahead of her in the only home she has ever known. Her kind fosters, who she is very bonded to, decided to provide her with a permanent forever home, as they were too attached to let her go. April 2014

	Boxie	From starting life out with us being rescued from a moving box that was abandoned in an apartment lobby, Boxie found a wonderful permanent home where she is well loved by her mom, and where she a feline brother to play with - if they decide they want to be friends! :) Thanks also to her fosters who provided her with a home within hours of her rescue. April 2014

	Tobi	Sweet TOBI finally has a forever home - with lots of space to run around in, a feline companion, children to grow up with and loving parents! Thank you to all his fosters and to his new family for giving him a chance at having some stability and love in his life ! April 2014

School Rescue Twins	Taecan Prentice	From starting out life in an elementary school yard, the School Rescue "Twins" were adopted together. It is fitting that their permanent home is with young children where they can all grow up together! Thank you to their fosters and adopters for giving these kittens a chance at a wonderful life! March 2014

F A I R Y T A L E F A M I L Y	Gretel	It took much longer for these adorable affectionate sweet kitten siblings to be adopted than their siblings, however it was worth the wait! Gretel and Peter Pan have been adopted into a wonderful loving home where they also have two children to grow up with. Thank you to their family! :) March 2014

	Kalista	The beautiful Kalista, who froze and starved outside for 2 terrible years after her family moved, now has a wonderful permanent home of her own! She has two children to grow up with, and a new feline sister! Thank you so much to Kalista's rescuer for saving her life, to her fosters for all their care and socialization of Kalista, and to the wonderful family who adopted her! February 2014

	Misty	Thanks to Hope & Chance & their adopters, Garage Rescue Kitten "Misty" was rescued from outside, fostered and then adopted - by the same family she loves and trusts. What an amazing story!! Thank you to the kind & caring family for saving her life, and how lucky for Misty! February 2014

	Rosso and Phoebe	Rosso & Phoebe were previously adopted together, but became homeless when their adopter was hospitalized. They went into an Emergency Intake foster home temporarily, needing a permanent home by Christmas. None was found, so their amazing "short-term" foster adopted them - to save them the stress of being moved from foster home to foster home! Thank you kind adopters for having such a big heart and thinking of the kitties! Rosso & Phoebe are very happy to be staying in their "home" - with their feline & canine friends and family. The night before the decision was made, they gave extra cuddles and snuggles to their "mom" to convince her they wanted to stay! :) December 2013

Fairytale Family	Alice Hansel Tinkerbell	Orphan Alice is no longer an orphan! She, along with surrogate siblings Tinkerbell & Hansel of the Fairy Tale Family, have all been adopted together to a wonderful permanent home. The perfect fairy tale ending for these siblings, and beginning of a new chapter in their lives. Thank you to the fosters and adopters for giving them this chance! December 2013

	Basil and Juniper	Kitten brothers Juniper and Basil have been adopted to a wonderful permanent home together - where they will have lots of love & attention, and an older sister to keep them in line! :) Thank you to their fosters and adopters! All members of the Spicey2 Family have now been adopted! November 2013

	Angelica	The sweet, beautiful affectionate Angelica has been adopted into her forever home, where she will have the companionship of sweet young male cat. Her kind adopters are also temporarily fostering Angelica's kittens - Basil & Juniper - until they too have a permanent home! Thank you adopters! :) October 2013

	Huckleberry (Farm Boy Rescue)	Huckleberry spent Thanksgiving this year with his new permanent family! This sweet boy, who was abandoned out in the country and rescued by a dog, fattened by the dog's owners to try and survive the winter, brought to the Rescue and adopted, then returned to us because he got sick, and then recuperated in a wonderful foster home - now finally has a permanent home of his own! And one where his adopters understand that he is on medication and have no problem with his health condition! Thank you adopters and foster! October 2013

	Church Rescue Kitty	After escaping out of his home and getting lost, being beat up outside, hungry and rescued by Brothers at the Church, picked up by the Rescue, taken to the vet and fostered, Church Rescue Kitty was reunited with his owner! :). He went from a terrified starving "wild" cat - to a super affectionate loving owned boy named Rocky. Hopefully no more adventures for him! October 2013

Surrogate Family	Lily, Linden & Laurel	The three kitten siblings Lilly, Linden & Laurel from Hope & Chance's surrogate family were adopted together. The adopting family did not have the heart to separate the siblings, nor could they choose between them, so they adopted all three!! These siblings are very fortunate - to have gone from having nowhere to go, to an amazing foster home, and now to the perfect adopted home together! September 2013

	Luna	From living the student life and being moved around from room to room since kittenhood, to being attacked and bitten by her former "owner's" roommates' dogs, to being thrown out for "causing too much trouble", to temporarily living in a crate and sharing a foster room with a homeless kitty and person, sweet Luna now has a real permanent home of her own! One where she is well loved, protected and will come first instead of last! Thank you adopter and enjoy your new life, sweet Luna! :) September 2013

	Masha	SASHA (aka MASHA) was "adopted" by an independent rescuer, as Hungry and Homeless Cat Rescue had no foster homes available at the time. Thank you for providing her with a chance to get off the streets and find a wonderful permanent home. September 2013

Cottage Rescue Family	Finnegan (Finn) & Rosie	In one of the quickest adoptions in history, this little brother (orange) and sister (tabby) traveled from the countryside where they were rescued, to the vet's, to their babysitter and to their new permanent home all in one day! Thanks so much to the teamwork & everyone who helped make this possible so quickly (Angela, Glebe Pet Hospital, Rebecca, Andrea & Jeanie!) August 2013

Spicy2 Family	Sage, Baye and Cassia	The three sisters from the Spicey2 Family have been adopted together by an amazingly kind family who will treat these sweet little girls as princesses for the remainder of their lives! From a rough start in life, these three little ones now have the life of royalty! Thank you kind adopters. :-) August 2013

	Dusty	Dusty, who is no longer "dusty" and now has a beautiful shiny white coat, has been adopted by his foster. When he first came inside, Dusty was a terrified cat who hid from people. In one of his foster homes, he started becoming affectionate when he was held in a blanket and nursed with a baby bottle. In his current home, he became very affectionate and bonded to his foster. When a potential adopter came to visit him, Dusty looked so dejected and upset, that the adopter realized that their bond could not be broken, and he was staying! Thank you foster/adopter, for giving Dusty a home, and for loving him despite him having FIV! August 2013

	Tony	Timing is everything! We were forwarded an email about an older male Ragdoll looking for a home. We do not normally take in owned cats. However, less than a week later, we received a request for an older Ragdoll. Perfect match! So Tony went to our vet for a check-up and vaccines, and then traveled by plane to his new home in another province! He is well loved in his new family and has a dog as a companion, while his family is away at work/school during the day. July 2013

Newborn Rescue Family	Hope and Chance	Brothers Hope & Chance (only survivors of Newborn Rescue Family) have been adopted! These survivors have a wonderful future ahead of them - thanks to their wonderful adopted family. Thank you to the fosters, surrogate mother, vet techs and volunteers - who rallied to save these little lives when they were newborns! July 2013

	Oliver	Oliver was saved from euthanization in the knick of time, and was adopted by the best home possible for him. He is well loved in his new home - thank you adopters! :) June 2013

	Sparkle	From starving outside and surviving by eating school children's lunches and sleeping in a stairwell, Sparkle's luck has finally changed! Only 2 weeks after coming inside, this sweet affectionate girl was adopted into an excellent home where she will be well loved and cared for, fed the best food, and will never starve again! She has two new feline sisters for companionship in her new home. Thank you adopters! June 2013

Purebred Sphynx Family	Alexi and Lilli	Purebred Sphynx siblings Alexi & Lilli were saved from euthanization, their adoption fee helped other rescue kitties obtain vet care, and they lucked out and found the most perfect family for them! One that was experienced in caring for Sphynxes, where there was another resident Spyhnx to play with, and with a mom was home all day to look after them and keep them out of trouble! June 2013

Patio Squatter Family	Simone and Mimi	After being in their foster nursery room for 8 months, Mother Simone & daughter Mimi finally have a permanent home! And they are very lucky to have such a beautiful home and wonderful caring mom..! May 2013

Barn Kitten Family	Siri and Pez	Brother and sister PEZ and SIRI of the Barn Kitten Family have been adopted together to a wonderful new permanent home! They have other canine and feline siblings to play with there, as well as lots of attention from a loving and caring family. Thank you adopters for providing such a wonderful home! :) May, 2013

	Keeley	Our loveable Keeley, rescued with a punctured eye extremely emaciated from starvation and with beginnings of kidney disease, was lucky to find two wonderful families to nurse him back to health. Thank you to his foster family who took him in right away and saved his life. And now his new adopted family who will provide him with a wonderful loving forever home. His adopters followed his rescue from the start, and once they met Keeley, they already loved him and he loved them! The family is experienced and equipped to look after special needs cats. Our little angel Keeley is not healthy yet, but thanks to the community of people who care, funds are being raised for his required surgery. Thank you wonderful adopters and guardian angels to Keeley! May, 2013

	Blanche	After being abandoned by her "owner" after she "fell" from her apartment balcony and left to fend for herself outside, and then threatened with "being thrown in the garbage" by the person who fed her outside, this sweet girl finally has a real permanent home after 2 years of extreme hardship, Her adopters are smitten with this amazing girl, who sleeps cuddled with them all night long. Thank you adopters for finally providing to Blanche what she has been seeking.... May, 2013

	Lady Carmel	Sweet Lady Carmel, rescued from a Church with burned feet, has been blessed to find a wonderful, caring permanent home so quickly! Thank you to everyone who assisted in her rescue - from the Brothers at the Church, to her fosters, to Glebe Pet Hospital, and to her adopters. April, 2013

Mission Kitten Family	St. Seraphina	The three bonded Mission Family Kitten siblings will get to stay together and sleep in their circle nap always - thanks to their wonderful adopters! :-) The kind-hearted family (who was fostering Seraphina), could no longer bear the thought of separating her from her brothers (whom they had already adopted) if she was adopted elsewhere, so they decided to adopt Seraphina as well! Thank you wonderful adopters - for providing such a great home to the three siblings together! April 2013

Barn Kitten Family	Alexa and Walley	Barn Kitten siblings Alexa and Walley finally have a forever home! Alexa and her sister Siri had previously been adopted, and then returned due to a landlord changing his mind. Let's hope that this time it is a permanent home for this sweet brother and sister! :) March 2013

	Felix and Kisha	After being un-adopted and returned, Felix and Kisha have hopefully found their "permanent" home this time around.... They have a wonderful new mom who adores them and wants to provide them a forever loving home. Thank you adopter for taking a chance on two FIV+ kitties..... March 2013

	Anise	Sweet Anise has found a permanent home as sweet as she is! She has new wonderful parents and a feline sister. Let's hope that her luck has finally changed, and only good things in her future from now on! March 2013

Group of 40	Star&Apollo	Sweet little Star and gorgeous Apollo - two Group of 40 rescues - have their own permanent loving home together! From traumatized, injured and terrified cats - they have blossomed into happy playful kitties - thanks to the great care of their adopter and the bonding with the resident cats! May the happy gang all have wonderful healthy lives..... :-) March 2013

Mission Kitten Family	St. Basil & St. Jude	Brothers St. Basil and St. Jude have been blessed to be adopted together by an amazing family where they will be loved and cherished for the remainder of their lives! The kind family is fostering their sister St. Seraphina until she is adopted. Thank you adopters - for being so considerate and not separating the bonded siblings (who were already separated from their mother too young....) February, 2013

	Theodore	Teddy has finally found his permanent home! This sweet boy was adopted, and then returned a month later as it was not going to work out. However, he has now been re-adopted with a forever family, where he will have lots of love and attention for the remainder of his life. And where two toddlers will have Teddy in their lives to grow up with. Congratulations Teddy!!! And thank you adopters for taking a chance with him! February 2013

	Olga	The beautiful Olga, adored and wanted by everyone who met her, has been officially adopted by her foster! This lovely girl arrived in her caregiver's life just in time to help her caregiver through some stressful times, making their bond even stronger. Their meeting was meant to be....! :-) February 2013

	Lucky	Lucky was lucky to have a rescuer to help him, a foster home to help him so that he could come inside, and an adopted home to go to so quickly after coming in! February 2013

G R O U P O F 4 0	Artemisia	The lovely, intelligent Artemesia, another Group of 40 rescue, has been adopted to her wonderful forever home with the handsome snuggle bunny Russian Blue "Gray Kitty". They have become very bonded to one another in a short amount of time, so it is possible that they knew each other outside, as they were rescued from the same area. Thank you wonderful adopters - for being patient with them and giving them such a loving forever home with you! :-) January 2013

	Smudge	Handsome boy Smudge will never have to dumpster-dive for food again! This endearing boy, with his unique outgoing personality, will bring a lot of joy to his lucky new family! Thank you adopters!! :-) December 2012

	Blackie	Blackie went to great lengths to get his permanent loving home. His rescuer brought him to a foster home. After about a month, Blackie escaped and spent two weeks outside. His foster and rescuer looked endlessly for him. His rescuer promised Blackie that if he was found, she would adopt him. Blackie turned up at a neighbour's. The rest is history and he is now adopted into the wonderful permanent home he had chosen from the start! October 2012

	Mr. Chalupa	Mr. Chalupa and his foster formed a special bond as his foster nursed him back to health. He was so grateful for the kind attention, that he became glued to his foster - a real "Mommy's Boy". After an adoption interest in him, his foster realized how she too was bonded to Mr. Chalupa....So, Mr. Chalupa was adopted by the foster family - into the only real home he has ever known. After seeing how stressed Maggie was when Souris went to the vet's, how close Maggie and Souris were, and how protective Blue was of all of them, their foster could not bear the thought of separating this little family. After a third potential adoption enquiry, the foster realized how attached he was to this little family, and how attached they were to him..... The day the the decision was made to adopt the family, these clever kitties understood their caregiver's kindness, and, for the first time, all three snuggled in bed with their caregiver to say "thank you" and have been snuggling ever since.....
