I was found living under a patio in October, just before we got our first snow. I’d been wandering around looking for a home for a while before this, because when I was found my tail was covered in motor oil that was so embedded with dirt, burrs and twigs that the hair had hardened into a solid mass.  I was very dirty, and I was very scared.  There were a lot of cats in the area and I was getting beat up constantly by the bigger ones who wanted to steal my shelter. My poor little nose was scratched in many places and I had cuts on my legs from the fights.  I wasn’t aggressive enough to fight back, so my rescuer had to shoo the other cats away. After a few weeks of daily feedings, my rescuer managed to lure me inside, where I could be safe from the cold.  She had to cut the lumps of hardened fur from my tail and then gave me a bath in the tub, but I was so happy to be inside that I didn’t even put up a fight! Instead I crawled into her lap afterwards and purred.  I really like people and I’d really like to have my own family one day.

I am a very beautiful medium-haired pure white cat with big golden eyes, and I am less than a year old.  I was loved once before I was abandoned, because I am very affectionate and very gentle with people. I am quite calm and like to spend a lot of time sprawled out on the floor, enjoying my new safety.  I would be happiest in a home where nobody would pick on me because I don’t like to fight, but I don’t mind other cats as long as they aren’t aggressive.  I don’t know how to “play” yet, so I am not very active, but I am sure if someone spent time teaching me I could learn what’s so fascinating about string!

I have been examined by a vet, received all my shots + booster, de-wormed, neutered and microchipped.

Adopted - Falcor has been adopted by his foster, who fell in love with the sweet wonderful cat that Falcor has become, and couldn't bear the thought of not having Falcor around forever.

Falcor was a scared, dirty, homeless fellow outside. As the picture will attest to - with love, kindness and a nurturing home - Falcor has become a fine, refined young man in a very short period of time.
