Cat for Adoption
I am a beautiful medium-hair tortoiseshell female. I am an older rescue cat, somewhere between 5 - 7 years old, however the vet says I am in great shape (amazingly) and could pass for a two year old! I bore so many litters - I am probably a great, great, great, great grandmother queen by now. Thank goodness I was brought inside and spayed - my body needs a break! Now that I am inside and will not be having any new kittens, I can now just think about myself for a change! I too have been named after artists - Ava Freeman & art critic Ava (Pamela Weston). My favourite hang-out is a suitcase - I like to dream of the places I can travel to and the new home I will move to - now that I do not have to worry about feeding myself or my kittens! I am very shy around people, although I did enjoy being patted by my photographer. I would need a very patient caregiver who understands what I have been through, and is prepared to accept me the way I am. I would make a great companion cat (as I get along well with other cats). And even though I said I was through with having kittens, I would make a great nanny to kittens. I am very experienced and skilled at this! Will you please adopt me and provide me with my permanent retirement home, where I can relax from now on, and not having to worry about surviving outside and providing for my young? I'm ready for my new life, and come with my suitcase! :-)
