A year later, it is my turn to need help. After a family break-up, I found myself in dire circumstances. My family no longer had a place for me, so I was sent to live with some people. They did not look after me very well, and I ended up homeless in the streets. Someone picked me up and brought me to the OHS as a homeless stray. Thankfully the OHS was able to track me back to the Rescue with my microchip, where I was immediately collected and was taken to a temporary foster home.
I was in pretty rough shape. I was dirty and had painful matts all over my back. I was taken to the vet to have the matts shaved off and my nails done. I am a lot more comfortable now. :)
I am a very sweet affectionate girl who likes to always be close by. I love sitting on the couch with you and watching tv. I do get over-stimulated quickly from lots of pats and cuddles, so I may not be suitable around young children who cannot read my signals!
I am about three years old. I am spayed and vaccinated. I am a long-haired beauty and very playful. I am OK with other cats (I either ignore the ones I don't like, or play and hang out with the ones I do like! Either way, I am not aggressive. I am a very relaxed, laid-back kitty who can easily adapt to any situation.
I would love a permanent home - one where I don't have to every worry about ending up homeless again. And I will reward you with my devotion and companionship. Please help me. I am in a temporary emergency-intake foster home currently and have nowhere else to go afterwards......
