Langston:
I am one of the kittens that was rescued from outside. I am now about a
seven month old male. I am a beautiful, long-haired, fluffy black
beauty. I have been neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and de-fleaed.
Because I am very young, I love to play! I will play hard for hours -
with all my new toys. I am very curious about everything, and always
want to be out and about and see what is going on. I am also a very
intellectual cat, and was named after Langston Hughes - the poet,
novelist and social justice activist. I am very shy initially, until
you earn my trust. Once I feel comfortable, I will want to be where the
action is. I love looking out the window - from the warmth and safety
of my foster home. I am being fostered with another kitten Emily - and
we would love to be adopted together. We get along very well with other
cats, and would keep your cats entertained with our antics for many
hours. Will you adopt me into a permanent home?
Emily:
I
am the very pretty kitten Emily, rescued from outside with Langston. We
survived outside together, and I love cuddling with him. I was named
after the Emily Dickenson. Both Langston and I were named after poets.
I am a very pretty, long-haired light gray kitten. I have gorgeous
colouring, with diluted bits of cream and peach colouring on my body
and on my fluffy tail. I am only about 6 months old. I am a lot more
shy than Langston is, and it will take me a lot longer to feel
comfortable in your presence. However, once I am comfortable with you,
I will be your devoted companion. When no one is looking, Langston and
I will play hard for hours togerther...! I have been spayed,
vaccinated, de-wormed and de-fleaed. I love cuddling with other cats,
and would do well in a home with other cats to cuddle / play
with. I would love to be adopted with Langston, as we went through a
lot of tough times and survived outside together. We sure appreciate
the warmth and regular food in our foster home now, and would love to
know that this will be a permanent situation for us - never to have to
go back outside!
