I am a gorgeous 15.5 year old tortoiseshell, who contrary to most cats in the Rescue, have always lived in a home with the same family. I was well loved and looked after. My family let me run around outside and took me to the vet regularly. Everyone who met me thought I was a kitten, as I am full of beans and have kept my petite figure of 7 - 8 lbs my whole life!

One day, my family had a car accident and everything changed. My mom and dad had serious injuries and became disabled, so we had to move. They had to sell the large house that I had lived in my whole life, and move into an apartment where they could receive medical assistance. I was no longer  allowed outside. The news got worse - not only was I not allowed outside, but I was not even allowed to be in this new home. My family was threatened with eviction if they did not get rid of me ASAP, so I have a couple of weeks to find a new home. Please help!

I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, and very healthy. I am very sweet and love cuddling up in my mom's lap. I am very playful and full of beans. My parents' granddaughter and I were very bonded, and we will be very sad to say good-bye to each other. Sadly, no one in the family is able to take me. I am really sad to have to leave, and so are my parents. We cry about this everyday. Please adopt me.
